Mumbai- Nora Fatehi is the latest Bollywood celebrity to have tested positive for Covid-19. A statement issued by her team read, "On behalf of Nora Fatehi, as her spokesperson, would want to inform that Nora Fatehi has been tested positive for Covid on 28th of December. Abiding by the protocols, Nora has been quarantined under the doctor's observation since then and has been cooperating with BMC for safety and regulations.
Her team also clarified that the actress has not stepped out ever since she tested positive and the pictures going viral on social media are from an older event. "Amid the same, the spotting pictures in circulation since yesterday are from an earlier event in the past and Nora has stepped nowhere out recently. We would therefore request to please ignore the old pictures," read the statement.
Recently, Arjun Kapoor, Anshula, Rhea, and Karan Boolani had tested positive for Covid-19. In a social media statement, Rhea had shared, “Yes I'm positive for Covid in spite of being super careful. But this is the nature of the pandemic.” Speaking about the symptoms she added, “My husband and I are isolating and taking all prescribed medications and precautions. We also watched Frozen for the first time last night. It was pretty good. Made me miss my sister (Sonam Kapoor) too much. Everything tastes bad except chocolate, my head hurts and I'm still grateful that I got it the way I did and we will be fine in no time. For everyone reaching out to make sure we are ok, we are not too bad, thanks for checking. We love you,” she added.
